Toyohashi City which is located at exactly the middle between Tokyo and Osaka is a mild city with population of about 380,000. The city spreads along the fresh and clear river of Toyogawa, and it shows a harmony of rich nature and industries as it is backed up by the Akaishi mountains dominated by Mt.
