Setomono Festival is a ceramic festival in memory of Porcelain Master Tamikichi Kato.
Nearly 200 open shops line along the streets of the Seto River and sell ceramics at very low prices.
As anything of ceramics you name is available to buy, over about 400,000 people throughout Japan come for the 2 days of the festival duration.
