Call center operators are available to provide interpretation via phone at tourism facilities, hotels, restaurants and so on within Aichi Prefecture.
Cost: Free (Smartphone or other communication device in addition to a Wi-Fi connection or a data plan is required.)
Supported Languages: English, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Spanish, Portuguese, and French
Business Hours: 24 hours, 365 days per year
*Thai is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Vietnamese, Tagalog and French are available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
