A Roadside Station featuring a local museum and shopping center appears in Shitara-Town!

The Shitara Rest Stop opened in Shitara Town in 2021. At this comprehensive facility you can get close to the region’s history and culture through a wooden railroad car display from the former Toyohashi Railway Taguchi Line, a place for experiencing Japanese sake brewing, and the Okumikawa Local History Museum. At the shopping center you can also buy vegetables straight from the farm or purchase a meal.
