From 2024, the raved about tezutsu handheld cannon fireworks amaze crowds at a stage on the Toyohashi City Kamome Plaza's Youth Soccer Field. In addition to the main show of handheld cannon fireworks, you can enjoy various mechanized fireworks, airborne fireworks, stage fireworks, and more.
Plus, a variety of Toyohashi's famous fare and souvenirs join the festival as well as the chance to take pictures with the brave young men holding the fireworks cannons.
All seating is reserved, so advance ticket reservations are necessary. Spectator tickets with a tour package are available for purchase at various travel agencies. Check with agencies for details.

ACCESS

Access by public transport: From Toyohashi Station (reachable from Nagoya Station using either the JR Tokaido Main Line, Meitetsu Nagoya Line, or the JR Tokaido Shinkansen), take the Toyotetsu City Line tram and get off at Toyohashikoen-Mae Station. Approx. 7-min. walk.
