One of Japan's foremost manufacturers
opens its doors via a miraculous museum
Mizkan is one of Japan's leading vinegar producers, and displays all its glory in hands-on fashion at the MIZKAN MUSEUM (MIM). A sense of yesteryear remains throughout the area with the age-old black walls lining the canal the museum sits along as well as inside the museum with Mizkan's enduring brewing techniques and traditional culinary culture's history and appeal available for all to see.
But the fun isn't only in taking it in through your eyes but the numerous programs and events available at MIM Hall. Details are available from the MIM website.
