One of Aichi Prefecture’s 130 mountains, Mt. Oshi has an altitude of 773 meters. Superb views can be seen from the summit, with Mt. Kiso Ontake to the north, Mt. Koma and Mt. Sanage to the west, and the wind turbines of Mennoki Pass to the southeast. It is possible to drive fairly close and climb up to the summit of Mt. Oshi in about 10 minutes. Best of all, from autumn to early winter on days when the necessary conditions are met, you can see a splendid sea of clouds in the early morning hours.

*: The sea of clouds is not a phenomenon that can seen easily.
