Its back garden, the modern stone stage designed by world-renowned sculptor and garden designer Masayuki Nagare is the location for the traditional Kawabun-za, a performance of Hohgaku and Nohgaku arts during which guests can enjoy the show while tasting the superb preparations served by the "Ryotei."
