Factory tour advanced reservations : [1 to 6 Guests Course] and [7 to 20 Guests Courses]: Applications accepted from one month to up till one day (up till 3:00 PM of the subsequent day) in advance.
[21 to 40 Guests Courses]: Applications accepted from three months to up till a month (up till 3:00 PM of the respective day of the subsequent month) in advance.
Factory tour types : [1 to 6 Guests Course]: 75 min. (only course available for this number of guests)
[7 to 20 Guests Courses]: 45min or 60min (only courses available for this number of guests)
[21 to 40 Guests Courses]: 45 min., 60 min. or 90 min.
Notes : •Applications processed by order of reception (first-come, first-served).
•As applications for [21 to 40 Guests Courses] are accepted starting from a longer period prior to the visit, the facility may be unable to accommodate applications for other courses.
•Applicants for the visit must apply with his/her own real name.
•Guests meeting the following criteria require special instructions and thus are kindly requested to make the reservations by telephone: travel agent representatives, guests in wheelchair, foreign guests from overseas, handicapped guests with special needs (kindly requested to come accompanied by a care taker).
•Bus parking is available adjacent to the shop, in the area indicated by the red cones.
•Please show up at the facility at the time if the reservation. The facility may be unable to fulfill the visit in case of delays.
•The museum may be entered starting from 15min prior to the appointment. Until then, guests are kindly requested to await at the shop.
•The production line may be non-operational due to maintenance or other factors.
