Good to the last drop through meticulous work and traditional brewing techniques

Sawada Brewery opens every inch of its sake warehouse to the public for a glimpse into its inner workings. Come out and enjoy all that Sawada Brewery has to offer, tasting freshly pressed, unpasteurized sake and receiving free drinks of special amazake, or sweet sake, with the lees still in it.

Loads of fun events

Sawada Brewery

Warehouse open access and freshly pressed, unpasteurized sake purchase
• 300 bottles available per day
• Limit of two bottles per person
• Available from 10:00 am and 1:00 pm each day through ticket sets

All-you-can-grab sake lees (available for a fee)

Freshly pressed, unpasteurized sake tastings and free drinks of special sweet amazake

Observation of koji production room as well as exhibitions of late cooper Kiichi Ishikawa's and Sawada Brewery warehouse's equipment

Shopping among one-of-a-kind vendors

Gulps of sake in commemoration of warehouse open access (limited supply)
