The 2020 Seven Atera Waterfalls Festival has been cancelled.

The Seven Atera Waterfalls are a collection of seven waterfalls with a total height difference of 62 meters. This tranquil, natural spot is considered to be one of the 100 Most Beautiful Waterfalls of Japan.

Atera-no-Nanataki Waterfall Festival (Atera-no-Nanataki Matsuri)

This special event is a great chance to enjoy the wonders of this natural place while watching rituals and shopping for local produce and other goods. The location in the mountains of Okumikawa makes it a refreshing destination to escape to on hot days in late July.
