Incredible displays of Japanese parade floats

The towns of Tsutsui and Deki in Nagoya City's Higashi Ward are the location of the Tenno Festival, where five floats come together at Tokugawaen Garden. The floats make an appearance one after another in stunning fashion as they show awe-inspiring mechanized doll performances and change directions thanks to the brute strength of the men at the helm right before your eyes.

From late May to June, Japanese irises meet their peak season, blooming into beautiful colors—all 1,800 or so bushes of 67 varieties.
