This service is free of charge for the User: All files of photos, illustrations or other kind of imagery and their respective content (hereinafter “Materials”) made available in the Aichi Now Photo Gallery (hereinafter “Photo Gallery”) may be downloaded free of charge, and are provided to the Photo Gallery User (hereinafter “User”) as defined by the Aichi Now Site Usage Terms.
All the Materials are copyrights-protected: Aichi Prefecture retains the copyright of all the Materials available in the Photo Gallery.
The User cannot blame the Photo Gallery: Aichi Prefecture assumes no responsibility whatsoever if a right contained in the Materials causes whatever kind of problem for the User upon actual use of the Materials.
【What to avoid: Prohibitions regarding the Materials】
Do not make profit out of them: Use of Materials for commercial purposes, such as postcards, collections of materials, photo collections, product labels, advertising, publicity, etc., is prohibited.
Do not distribute them: Distribution of Materials to third parties, either in their original form or modified as derivative work, is prohibited.
Do not tell others as owning their copyright: Use of Materials with false copyright is prohibited.
Do not try to register as owning them: Use of Materials in trademarks and brands, etc., or registering one of the Materials as such, is prohibited.
Do not use them immorally: Use of Materials in criminal or antisocial acts, or acts which are contrary to public order and morality, is prohibited.
Do not link directly to them: Application of direct URL links to the Materials as they are stored under the Aichi Now domain is prohibited.

If the User wishes to use the Materials in multimedia content like websites, videos or printed matter such as brochures or flyers, with the purpose of raising the dissemination of information on regional touristic resources and the appeal of sightseeing, he/she must use the “Aichi Now Photo Gallery - Notification Form” below to directly notify Aichi Prefecture.
